Do you want to finally feel independent when speaking Italian? Do you already have a solid foundation and now wish to express yourself with greater confidence, understand authentic Italian more effectively, and participate in real conversations? Our Online Italian B1 Course is specifically designed for those who want to take their skills to the next level and achieve a more fluent, accurate, and confident level of communication.
The course is delivered entirely online through a theoretical yet interactive approach designed to foster active student participation and dynamic, engaging learning; it consists of a total of 12 fifty-minute sessions, organized in a progressive and structured manner; the instructional pathway draws upon a range of carefully selected and diversified materials, including texts, images, videos, podcasts, and interviews, supplemented by a reference glossary and targeted exercises aimed at developing both written and oral comprehension and production skills, with the objective of consolidating linguistic and cultural competencies in an organic and systematic way.
The B1 level represents a significant milestone in learning the Italian language. Through this course, you will be able to engage in conversations on a wide range of familiar and personally relevant topics, narrate experiences, express opinions, accept or decline proposals, and discuss events, dreams, and future plans. You will learn to comprehend more complex oral and written texts compared to previous levels, including simple articles, advertisements, brief interviews, emails, basic work communications, and more elaborate everyday situations.
During the course, you will explore topics related to the world of work, travel, Italian culture, society, and personal relationships, enriching your vocabulary and consolidating fundamental grammatical structures such as:
Correct use of past tenses (imperfetto and passato prossimo).
Future tense and expressions for discussing plans.
Pronouns, comparatives, superlatives, and more advanced constructions.
Ways to express opinions, agreement, and disagreement.
Strategies for managing conversations more naturally.
The proposed activities are based on concrete and realistic situations to help you handle conversations in contexts such as travel, reservations, work, discussions with friends, emergencies, or daily life scenarios.
The aim is to enable you to speak more autonomously, better understand spoken and written Italian, and overcome insecurity in more complex conversations.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
Engage in conversations on personal and familiar topics, as well as on general subjects.
Comprehend the main points of clear, standard written and spoken texts.
Narrate experiences, describe events, and express plans and intentions.
Express opinions, agreement, preferences, and feelings with greater precision.
Interact in everyday situations and manage minor linguistic difficulties.
Thanks to the communicative methodology, the course is highly practical and participatory. It allows you to learn by doing, improving your confidence day by day. You will be supported by an experienced teacher and a group of fellow students with whom you can share progress, activities, and moments of discussion. If your goal is to overcome uncertainties, improve your Italian, and feel more independent in real conversations, our Online Italian B1 Course is the ideal choice.
Enable students to understand the essential points of clear discourse on familiar topics.
Manage common situations encountered while traveling or in everyday life.
Produce simple but coherent texts and speeches.
Describe experiences, opinions, and future plans.
Attendance in this course provides essential support; however, the actual achievement of the language level depends entirely on the student’s individual commitment to studying and consistently practicing Italian, both during and outside class. Therefore, the indicated duration for reaching the language level of this course (15 classes) should be considered purely indicative.
